Inspecting India's Current Situation for New Business

Conceived new business through inspection, and internal discussions progressed smoothly

One department of Company B was considering developing new business utilizing their infrastructure. In response to their request to gain insights from advanced Indian cases not well-known in Japan, we proposed, planned, and accompanied them on a local inspection tour that also served to build connections. We organized pre-tour study sessions, created summaries, and held post-tour information sharing meetings. From the learnings gathered during the 5-night, 6-day tour with over 20 interviews, new business ideas were conceived, leading to smooth progress in internal discussions.

Client Testimonials

Despite the short 5-night, 6-day schedule, smooth transportation made it a valuable inspection. The Japanese language support was also reassuring

We were able to visit facilities not normally accessible and learn about the current situation that would be difficult to understand from Japan

We met with local leaders who wouldn't be connected through corporate networks alone, experienced Indian culture, and obtained information for business expansion

After returning to Japan, the abundant topics and information gained from the tour were very useful when negotiating business with other Japanese companies
